New Zealand Knife Import Help!

Hey, Im looking at buying a Karambit from the brand below.

Im unsure if i am allowed to import them,

Is it any of these knives?
any knife (excluding folding pocket knife with blade less than 10cm) that is designed for easy concealment on the body, or has a double-edged blade designed for stabbing/throwing, or any knife known as ‘urban skinner, terminator, black eagle, black dagger, throwing knife'

I think you should be ok. iv bought a few knives from overseas and never had any problem.
As long as its not auto-opening, or called any of the above silly names you should be good.

Would also pay to come up with a good reason why you want it, so if they do give you any grief you have a legitimate reason for wanting that blade shape. e.g. you find it really useful for cutting hanging fabric for your crafts or something.

Why? Why not just buy a United Cutlery one in New Zealand for a couple more bucks.

The UC ones sure look like the German eBay ones.

Because they don't look as good as these CS:GO Skins . I think he wants to have it like the exact version of a CS:GO Karambit Skin.
You can import them, no problem. Check out this page for a overview. They gonna offer an english version of the site too very soon.
