Michael Zieba just released a revised MS3 knife. On paper, seems to be a very discreet EDC, so good, but the shape doesn't seem very ergonomic, and the prices is (no surprise) high. Can anyone with one provide their thoughts on the knife?

I have held one of these knives before, and will tell you that they are TINY. The entire knife is barely larger around than a fat permanent marker. If you want something ultra slim that will snip a thread or open an envelope, maybe slice up an apple and you have smaller hands, this will be alright as an EDC.

I have the older MS2. It’s a nice knife but there are little details about it that are definitely design flaws.

The new MS3 looks like just a full ti ms3. Basically looks identical to the MS3 shinola version. The price is quite high but if you enjoy small knives like the small Sebenza it might be nice to try. Personally I would just get a small sebbie at the price.

If you’re looking for another knife in this size catagory for a better orice check out the Kizer Feist. Compared to my MS2 the Fesit is actually better built.

That said I love my ms2 because I like small edc knives and it provides a little variety.

Oh also I don’t kniw about the ms3 but the blade on my ms2 is REALLY thin.

Many thanks for this. I saw a picture of one next to a Kizer Feist, and although I prefer a flipper tab over a front flipper, that may be the way to go for a design like MS3. Plus, a lot cheaper.
