That's an absolute beauty Nick. About as nice as a hunter gets. Great-looking wood.

ya know, Nick... that would look sooooooo nice paired with a nice fighter/bowie... ahem... wink'an'a'nudge....
And since it slides so nicely into the range of direction my collection has taken... if Danbo doesn't already have dibs on it... you know where I'm at! :D

You're going in the right direction with that handle shape, and the blade shape, with the short bowie influence, makes for one really nice personal utility knife on steroids! Hmmmmm.... I think I know what I'm gonna bug ya about next!! LOL!!! ;)

but I just noticed that Grapevine and I both had the same post count, due to the same subject... Nick's work!!!
Awesome!

Nick:

Please tell us that you will have some knives to sell, vs. just ogle, at the knife show in Puyallup on 10/3-10/4!!!

Are you going to participate in the cutting contest again??

Ooooh... nice job. Like the whole thing. Handle shape and wood (especially the flared butt), guard, blade profile. Nice work Nick.

Z'at yer knife, Danbo?

I love this knife from tip to tip. That handle looks great and comfortable and the clip point blade is its perfect match.

No, it's not my knife. :( I'm sure that is an ordered knife for somebody else. I sure wouldnt mind owning it though. :)

I like a clip point hunter. Not that there is anything wrong with drop points; I just prefer a clip point.

And this one is gorgeous.

Enough of this having to click on that link to see this knife!

Nice one Nick! I'm looking forward to seeing you and your knives in a couple weeks.

Keith, Thanks for bringing up the picture, I'm not able to view the pictures from the links latly, if I knew how to opperate this putor better I'm sure it would work.

Now how come I did not get to see that one the other day at your place? Enjoyed the visit buddy and I will have a table at the Puyallup show so we can bug each other.

Hey Keith, thanks for posting the pic. I hate clicking on links myself, but haven't figured out how to put pics directly up like that.

Thanks again everyone for the kind words.

I am looking forward to the little show in Puyallup! I hadn't planned on doing it since I'm so swamped on orders, but I am trying to work some extra hours to get some knives put together for it.

It'll be a fun week-end!
Nick

You're young; you can get by on 2 hours sleep a night and a whole bunch "O" coffee! ;) :D
