Newb grinding question

Ok I searched the history and I couldnt find anything to help me. Im looking for a video or pictures showing how to do a flat grind and hollow grind. What grit belt do you use to start those. Thanks.

Except for the fact that Harvey grinds with edge up on one side and edge down on the other side.
