Hi guys, just joined the knife collecting community. Been in it for a couple weeks now seriously...owned a Kershaw chive (hockey game security took it! ) and leek for ages and ages, but starting to pan out now.

Currently I own (WOW, just in the past TWO WEEKS?!)

BM Mini Pika II (9Cr13CoMoV)
Kershaw Rainbow Leek (14C28, at Kershaw for new blade, used to be 440A)
Lone Wolf Pocket Folder in Cocobolo (154CM)
Spydero Cat on order (S30V)
Spyderco Dragonfly on order (VG-10)

I'm a metallurgist so that's why the range in steel...I want to test them all!

Congrats and welcome, especially on the Rainbow Leek, just so cool looking. And the Rift, too. Good Stuff! The Jerkit is funny, but be a little careful where you use it.

Welcome to BF. I have been lurking on BF for more than 3 years and own a mere 3 folders (MOD CQD Mark 2, Gerber Mini-Covert and Al Mar Shrike).

6 folders in a fortnight is IMO a lot.

I wonder if you are looking into these stainless steels as well ?: X.15-T.N., ZDP-189, BG-42, AUS 8.

Mesoscopic, I've owned my Kershaws for like 6-7 years. The Lone Wolf has been there for at least 5. Lately I've been out hiking and camping a lot and have really liked a good, solid feeling tactical/EDC knife. I guess it's all justified...or maybe it's just my excuse
