Can someone tell me what ESPL handle material is? I know it stands for Earth Stone Paper Laminate, but what is that, a fancy name for plastic?

As others have said, its a laminate of paper and resin. I've assumed its similar to Paperstone, but made by a different company. A few years ago Buck made knives with Paperstone handles. Its good stuff. They make all kinds of things out of it such as counter tops.
