Hi guys, I'm a newb to sharpening, but I do own a variety of knives of different steel. Here is my collection of steeled knives:
154CM
VG-10
14c28
9Cr13CoMoV
S30V
All of these folding knives are very valuable to me and I would like to know if there is a way to sharpen all of them using the same method. Again I'm new to this so a universal method is preferred. I do have an unopened Kershaw Diamond Ultra-Tek sharpener at my disposal...can I use this on all my steels and get relatively easy hair shaving sharpness? Please, if you know, list your sharpening angles for these steels too!
They are all fairly sharp now, so if I wanted to keep the edge I can just hone these with a smooth honing steel as well correct?
Thanks.
