From the names of the axes and hatchets, I'd say all of them are worth derusting with a wire wheel and refurbishing to put back to work.

gash durnit its the newbie effect again. spectacular finds. new guys always get the good stuff, you're the 3rd guy i'v seen to have a raven in one of his first hauls.

as for which first, the norlunds look to have the least wear, start with them

Well done! The Raven, and especially the Plumb Boy Scout, are badly worn but they'll make great wall hangers. The Norlunds ought to generate enough dough from fleabay re-sale (Norlund brands and HB patterns are overly fashionable/desirable these days) that you can search out a lightly-enjoyed vintage Perfect (or other top end classic axe) of your own choosing or invest in a brand new Swede boutique jobbie, and have money left over for AA handles, pucks and files and what-have-you.

One of the axes say Hurds Razor Blade Cast Steel 78 on it. Doing some shallow research on it said this company operated in the 1800's then was a part of the American Axe & Tool company. Does this mean the axe is from the 1800's because it has this makers mark on it?

Nice pickups. I'd buy the Keen Kutter hatchet off you if interested, I have one without the nail pull want one with it
