  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Bought a Slightly used Straight handled Battle Mistress a while back but didn't know what I had. Finally got a CHEAP digital cam and uploaded the pic to Busse Website. After posting on the forums page on the Busse site I was invited here by Stabber. The only other thing I can add is this knife seems to be of the semi clip variety and considered to be a very early edition. I also own one RAT as well. I am considering weather to keep the BM or to sell it. Any advice welcome.
Stan

Welcome to the forum. The BM is a for some the "Holy Grail" of knives. To help you make your decision I suggest, meditation, research, more research, and considerable thought about what you would like to do with the knife. If your looking for a chopper, its a hard knife to top. Of course if you decide to get rid of it, you will have absolutely no problem.

Ah sell it. If you give me first dibs, I will give ya 50 bucks for it....the new BM's are coming up soon and you don't want to be laughed at for having the crappy old model...............

Fifty bucks for a used older model SHBM. Seems kinda generous for outdated Infi. :D

Hey Stan, Glad you made it over here! There are a LOT of great peeps round here. Hold onto that SHBM a bit, You may regret it if you wind up selling it.;)

Stan,

If the knife fits your hand, and you have any use for it keep it at least till you find one that suits your hand better.

One of the first 300 is my big beater knife,,,just fits my hand better that the others so far, and has for a few years.

Hey guys, when did this forum turn into an auction site? I must have missed the notice so I hope I'm not to late to place my bid. $204.01

x= all forum members offer of $

I will see X and add $1 to this to a limit of $500

If someone uses my calculation to add $ to it, I add $1 to their calculation against me.
