 I'm new to any type of modifications on my knives, but I have two micarta slabs, a BK-11, and a whole lot ideas! I want to make it in the style of the RAT-3

I want to put a micarta handle on my becker necker, with rivets that use the allen wrenches. These rivets are the ones that ontario uses on their RTAK and RAT knives, and Mineral Mountain Hatchet works uses them as well.
What are these called and where do I find them?

Is there a thread about working with micarta? I don't know how to make a handle exactly, but I have access to a wood shop and know a little bit about wood working. I also know to wear a respiration when cutting and sanding the micarta. Now....where do I go from here?

Those look to be regular allen screws... so that shouldn't pose a problem.

Edit: I googled for "Ontario rat 3" and the first site revealed this: "...black canvas micarta scales which are secured by stainless hex head screws"

Could these be available at home depot, or will I have to order them through the internetjabbober. I think there has to be a real name for them, I'm googling allen rivets, and allen rivet knives, etc and can't seem to find them.

Try googling stainless hex head screws. I just did, and got a bunch of hits.

heheheheh. Y'all wanna know something funny? I am so far out of touch with store bought knives that when I first saw the subject of the post, I thought it had something to do with a new Burger King Hamburger. :D
