Hi all , Newbie here but I am a Spyderco Junkie . I am currently in home therapy (wife took my money) but still can't control the urges . Look forward to spending time here . :)

Welcome. Glad to have you join us. The addiction only gets worse.

I just got my first Spydercos a couple of years ago. They are now some of my favorite EDCs.

Welcome. I'm a newbie here, too. Got my first Spydie last May. Now I've got 30! And, ordered two more today!

Yeah...its an addiction. I was very late to seeing the worth of Spyderco knives. 12-15 years ago I started carrying everyday for work and hitting the knife and guns shows and I thought Spydercos were ugly and had dumb names.(like the Delica) I did like the Military but couldnt afford one and wished it were smaller.

Years later I picked up a Delica for $1 at a surplus warehouse and that was all she wrote.

To put it another way, I just sold a sweet customized Emerson that I really liked but didnt carry because when that moment comes to put a knife in your pocket and head out the door....it always is a Spyderco. The same thing happened with CRK and Strider knives I've owned.

What better knife test is there than that?

You don't have to own our knives to enjoy sharing thoughts. This is a "special" group, as I'm sure you will discover.

Welcome to the forum. I bought an Endura Clipit in the very early 90's and have been in love with Spyderco ever since.
