Hello everyone,

I would like to state that I'm so fortunate to find this site, so much wealth of knowledge to absorb and quite a few touching stories to read. For many years I always carried my Spyderco Endura; but while it was a great user, time took its toll on that tool and I gifted to someone at work who was less fortunate financially to obtain one.

Thats when my little sister got me a Case 3375cv stockman approximately a year ago, and my love of the slipjoint began. Like its predecessor, I carried that tool day in and day out everyday and it has proved its weight in gold to me. I love the usefulness of having three different blade styles with me, I enjoy the fact I dont get hassled at my warehouse and City job when I use it. I will post pics of the 3375cv alongside the 6375cv amber bone rancher which should be delivered in a couple of hours.

Thanks

Welcome! We look forward to the pics :)

The best part of traditionals is how diverse they really are. From single blade to 3,4,5 or more, you can find what suits you best. Its all in the frames for me. You can find almost any configuration of blades if you look hard enough, a little compromise will be in order from time to time sure. It just always comes back to the frame and what feels best for use. So many are beauties to behold on these screens but in hand can be a different story. Good luck on your journey and welcome aboard.

Welcome aboard... you got a great pattern - and so many others to discover.

I hope you have a great time with this very special Crowd Of People. Cheers!

Thanks for the warm welcomes everyone. So here is the 6375cv alongside his brother the 3375cv, I apologize for the crude pic quality. Also, should I force a patina on this user or let it develop naturally?
Thanks

Good looking pair of knives

Patina is up to you. I forced a few at the beggining but have grown to enjoy naturally earning one. Now wrong answer here.

Wow, you got a really good example of the sawcut amber bone on that knife! Great looking pair!

Welcome to the Traditional's forum, there's definitely a different class of people who hang out here, a more refined and nurturing environment for the traditional knife user/collector. Respect of everyone is the plaque that hangs over the rocking chairs on the front porch here.

Great knives, the other nice thing about multiple bladed knives is the ability to have different degrees of sharpness and if you lose the edge on one blade there's always more just in case. :)

Your correct the sawcut amber bone scales is good, too bad that the pics taken from the Ipad doesn't do it justice.

Welcome to the Traditional Knife Forum and a great crowd of people. That was very thoughtful of your Sister and great looking knives. My Daughters just gave me 2 case knives for Christmas a 32087 pen and a 3137 sodbuster jr. both in CV and yellow delrin. :D:D

Welcome, Qemal!

You've got some very nice knives there, and the stockman is a great pattern. Love that saw cut amber bone, Imay have to investigate that.

Thanks Jacknife, yea I enjoy the stockman pattern immensely. I find the three different knife blades very useful, especially when I'm out in the field.

What Ted points out in the boldface sentence above is one of my favorite things about this subforum. Welcome, Qemal84; sweet set of stockmen!!
