Newbie Question (Excuse my INFI ignorance)

Hey guys I am sure this quesiton is asked more often than not, but how do you go about getting a Busse? I am really interested in a Skinny ASH I. Can I call Busse and place an order or do I have to go about finding one. So far my impression is they do waves of different styles and then sort of call it good and most of the market is among individuals who were lucky enough to get their hands on them. Correct me if I'm wrong? If they do actually take custom orders how long is the lead time generally and what am I looking at cost wise?

Thanks and once again... I apologize for my newbie question. Usually I do a better job of educating myself on the basics!

No apologies needed. Figuring out exactly how to buy a Busse can be a little frustrating for newbs. First thing to know is that Busse Combat Knives takes orders for one model, currently the HG55, at a time. Then they retire that model and after some interval, put up another new model. You can order from the Custom Shop, but it is quite expensive, and there can be a long wait. So you cannot get a Skinny ASH1 from Busse Combat. BUT, you can buy it for immediate delivery from the Busse Company Store, which is run by idahoskunk. The other option is to be patient and score one off the Exchange here.

I must warn you, the INFI addiction can be quite debilitating.
