Hello knife people. I recently purchased an LT Wright GNS from one of their authorized dealer. I had it engraved. They removed the LT Wright logo and put my engraving in its place. I think the process left a rainbow like tint near the engraving that covers almost 3/4 of the blade. (kind of like a film of oil on water)
My question is, is this normal? Would it affect the tempering?
It is 3V in convex grind if it matters. Thanks for any help.
