Newbie Question

Im not too sure about the knife, but I can tell you that every time ive ordered from knife supply theyve been really slow getting my knives out, theyre really slow at answering my questions, and they charge a boatload for shipping. Other than that their prices are pretty good and I was happy with the product once i got it
 
+1!!! If you are looking for a quality fixed blade man, buy American! RAT make excellent knives at excellent prices, and are backed by an excellent no questions asked guarantee. Just make sure to keep the blade oiled if you end up getting one. 1095 is not very rust resistant. Good luck in your search man!

Mr. New Guy, lemme help you some.

Everyone here is super opinionated and polarized to their own favorite brands, so whatever you ask about will be met with a ton of other options of what people think you should buy instead.

That being said, if you like the Fallkniven, buy it. It is a great knife, and you've done your homework.

I would offer other ideas myself, but your first pick is just fine.

Buy it and be happy, and do some reading here to see what you might want to buy in the future.

J curd thanks for the help.I wasn't sure what kind of response I was going to get.The Fallkiniven S1 seems to have the characteristics I'm looking for.I just need someone to talk me into it.:)
