Always carried a knife around with me. Probable for the last 25 years or so. First knife was a small Buck folder. Used it for everything. Picked up a couple of other interesting folders here and there, but never really dove into fixed blades until about 2 years ago. Camping with some buddies, I was "Accidentally" stabbed in the hand by a buddy holding someone else's Gerber Trident.

Sharp Sucker...

Anywho, ever since then, I have been collecting knives, slowly. :) Recently purchased a Swamp Rat M6 w/ Armorall Sheath on Ebay from FriendofBill's here on this forum. He recommended coming here and nosing around. Great info, great pics and from reading, good people too.

you will find nearly all the info you need, and more. check the swamprat forum and the busse forum.

mostly good folks, only had to put a couple people on the 'pay no mind list'.

but be careful, the forums are just as addicting as the steel. :)

Welcome. From their reputation, I have no doubt the M6 is a great knife. I pray for your wallet! :D

Already up to Swamp Rats, and from the sign on, a serious compulsive about real traction.

It's not too late. Proffessionalz like us recommend sending all your knives and the title to your jeep as therapy. You can be freed from this disorder - exercise your will now to shake off the behaviour fixation.

Imagine life where you can run free from the chains of possessions - careless and happy where worries no longer swirl into the vicious swirling cycle of choosing which knife, what mod to install, what level of indulgence you must satisfy.

Meanwhile, to do my part, I'll crank up the Cherokee and slog 150 feet up the lane in whiteout conditions to the mailbox to secure your thoughtfully forwarded possessions. I'll gracefully open the package with my Camp Tramp or SnG to ensure the itemized list, including the Swamp Rat, is complete. If not me, then someone else is fine. The chains are always getting heavier, but it's a sacrifice any one here is willing to make.

Welcome. :D
