Newbie trying to decide on steel type

Im looking to mak my first knife through the stock removal method and cannot decide between 1075,1080 or 1084. Which is easier to eat treat and work with files?
 
I don't know a whole lot about steels but I do know that Condor uses 1075 on most of there knives and everyone loves them so id say go with that.
