Newbie with a question.... who would have thought?
First off, hello to all.
At a glance, discovery of this site, is going to cause me to part with yet more of my money.
I will start off by stating that my first knife was a balisong (no name brand), that I had my grandmother buy for me (I was too young at the time). It was so long ago, that balisongs were still legal to buy in California. That knife is long gone. I probably sold it for something important like the newest Star Wars toy at the time. It was not my first or last. That is what brought me to this site tonight.
Last weekend I came accross an old treasure, a pair of Pacific Cutlery International Series balisong (PC 158 and 159). I've had them for years, but kept them tucked away. I litterally forgot that I had them. I'm curious as to their history and value. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
