My name's PANJA is a newbie. I'm scrimshander and engraver from Thailand.

It is very nice piece of work. Very decorative. I am not any expert in engraving though.
I feel that there are some composition issues there. The dragon on the handle looks a bit off-balance. I would prefer it another way around: facing the blade. Engraving on the blade looks unrelated and takes over far too much of the blade. I just do not like blade engraved - a matter of my personal preference I guess.

I like it I think it looks very nice, good atention to detail. But I will agree with POEZ " it just aint me ". Other than that awesome!
 
Looks like good work. I agree that it looks disjointed - for example, why not extend the dragon down the length of the blade?
