Okay, kids, I'm going to state this explicitly. Listen up:

PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ENTIRE POSTS LIKE THIS. TYPING IN ALL CAPS IS LIKE "SHOUTING." DO NOT TYPE IN ALL CAPS FOR AN ENTIRE MESSAGE, EVER. IT IS ANNOYING TO READ AND MAKES YOU SOUND UNPLEASANT.

Take off your "caps lock" key. Become familiar with the joys of proper capitalization and punctuation.

Actually, I accidentily deliberately used all caps for my "KERSHAW INFO" post. That is, I thought thread titles were all caps, and it didn't matter. I think.

Maybe.

Anyway, sorry about that! It was untipical of me I usaully hav better cents and centsability.

A while back I suggested the next version of UBB should respond to attempts to post a message all in capitals with an error message ... something like "Sorry, your post has been rejected because you are a dork. Have a nice day...."

Couldn't agree more...thank you for bringing this up. The only time caps should be used is "written shouting matches" or when hand writing reports (courts can't read small print I guess) It has no place on the forums unless you want to HIGH LIGHT A POINT !!!

seriously,folks, full caps ARE rather annoying. sure,use them as the english language dictates,and maybe to drive a point home,but please,not the whole time.

With all due respect to the "elders" on this board, this sentiment is totally unnecessary. You should reserve your disdain for trolls and actual troublemakers.

 
This has to be one of the funniest threads I've read for a long time . . . relax Jeff . . . I don't think there are any bad vibes here . . . just a whole bunch of crazies still coming off a Blade Show high!
