Newby asking for help

I've seen a few unique knives around here already and if any of you would take the time to have a look at this, I was wondering if you could help.
I don't know much about this knife, it belonged to my sister and we were wondering if any of you know the maker of this? We came up empty handed after hours and days of digging, so was hoping any of you more experienced folks have mayhaps stumbled across this logo or maybe even this very knife?

No problem, happy to help if I can. I haven't seen that knife before, but Kizlyar does do decorated blades and I have seen their K logo without the text before.
