Hi new guy here. I have a few questions concerning Busse knives so I came straight to the trough! What knives in the new line up have been produced? In particular has the fusion steelheart been done yet? I just got my first busse in the form of a NO-E and I have the fever bad!

Thanks

Gary

I shall be the bearer of bad news. The fusion steel heart has passed. BUT!!! The company store will have some

Edit: Sorry, I forgot.... WELCOME :D

The satin jacks, force one, natural outlaw, meaner street, leaner meaner street have come and gone so far... I probably forgot one ;)

Thanks for the welcome. Any idea when the store will be carrying the steelhearts?

Probably sometime after you see forumites saying they got the ones they ordered from the shop. It seems like that is the pattern. Just check the store once a week, if not for the hog noise.

My boy loves that hog, he'll sit on my lap and smack the keys until I go to the site and then I have to refresh the page so he can snort along with the hog. Too funny.

Welcome to the trough and enjoy the INFIction!

our shipment will come when the other shipments go out. the store orders at the same time other customers order. we order combos that have been the top sellers of that particular model. so if you want a special combination you had better order it from the busse combat web page. if you miss that slot for any reason then you can rest assured we will carry some of the more popular color combos.

There will also certainly be several sold here on Bladeforums by Hogs who overorder and start jonesing for another Busse. :) This has been the case with the other very popular models in the new line. I think (but can't say for sure) that at least one of each new model has popped up on the Production Knives for Sale forum. Certainly several SFNO's and new production AD's have appeared, and I expect the same will happen for the new SJ, BA, FSH, and FBM.

If I have the cash, we'll be racing to get in the first "I'll take it" on a second-hand FSH! ;) :D :D

You won't find my FSH up for sale! I even pre-odered both leather and kydex sheaths for it! Check the Company Store and you will be sure to score, or the classifieds. Also, there is a wealth of info at BADMOJO.TV...see above. Good luck :)

I also just got my first Busse two days ago. It's a NO-E ordered from Shomer Tec (awesome purchase by the way). My knife doesn't say Busse on it anywhere. Is is normal for a NO-E not to have a logo?

Most NO-E that I've seen didn't have any logo. I think one of mine does. It seems most customers want them "sterile". To me it's six of one half dozen of the other.

The NO-E I got from Shomer-Tec had no logo; the SH-E did. They both had polished (uncoated) tangs and spines.

Jeremy

most all busse's come sterile (like me) unless you special order one with a logo or it is a special edition (like me) or a limited edition (like me).

no worry, it's still a busse and if you beat it well it will never know which way it came :)

Excellent. Thanks for the replies. I didn't doubt that my knife was a genuine Busse. I just wasn't sure how common sterile blades were. I am a boatbuilder and plan to wear my NO-E to the shop every day. Believe me, it will see a lot of hard use!
