Been filling those orders, I thought I'd take time out this week to do the stuff I love making - one of these. I call all my Bowie-inspired / fighter-styled presentation pieces "Firestorms". Also, trying to do some different styles in my photos. Black walnut usually doesn't stabilise well, but this was nice piece. Thanks for looking. Jason.

Jason my man, that is easily my favorite knife that you have made. What a great looking bowie/fighter. I don't think I have ever seen walnut look that good. Wow!

What a great looking blade.Keith took the words right out of my mouth.Out of all the knives you have posted this one by far is my favorite too.Keep them coming.:)

That's a nice freakin knife!!!

I've got a chunk of stabilized black walnut, you've just pushed me over the edge, now I've got to try it out!

Great work.

Another one that pegs the cool meter.

That's also a wonderful looking piece of Black Walnut you have there. Congrats on that score!

All the best,
Mike U.

I also think that's one of the nicest knives you've posted, if not the nicest. Great piece of walnut there. And I really, really like the bold but simple guard and spacer combination.

Its also one of my favourite knives I've made so far. This is the style I'm most fond of and between filling orders, I'd like to be just refining my techniques and execution of this type of pattern. The simpler the better - clean grinds, follow some classic lines, neat guard and a nice piece of wood or other material, eg.- stag, even Micarta. Even if there are no orders for these knives, I'd still love to keep making them, in a variety of sizes.

Thanks again, I've been very encouraged and inspired. Jason.
