I just finished this one up this weekend, pretty happy with how it turned out. This one has a drop point blade made from some Chad Nichols stainless damascus, at about .16" thick. It has carbon fiber handles, titanium liners, and a three-piece titanium backspacer. Also, it has a low-ride pocket clip.Overall length is about 7" and the blade length is about 3".All comments welcomed.

The work and styling on this folder look to be the very best. Why is the blade so thick? The secondary grind for the edge must go up at least 1/4" and no doubt it will be a difficult knife to sharpen. Frank

Thanks all for the nice feedback!

Thanks, Frank! I went with a thicker blade for a beefier folder for this one. When you say the secondary grind must go up at least 1/4", is that to achieve a particular bevel angle? I appreciate your feedback, thank you!

I am very impressed with the work and talent presented in this project! The style and idea is carried out very well . Well done.

I got this knife in today and let me tell you; pictures do not do it justice!!

The knife is surprisingly slim considering the thickness of the blade. There is almost no secondary grind on it. It looks like Tobin almost took this to a zero grind and then did a microbevel. I love the look because the blade looks all damascus with just a very slight glint of an edge.

I haven't taken my hands off it since I got it.

Absolutely beautiful work! I cannot express how much I love that backspacer! Very well done and Scurvy is a lucky guy to have it!

This is a stellar piece . The only thing I would add is a lanyard hole.

Looks like a great carry knife with the deep pocket clip.

I know this was several months ago but I just randomly ran into it on a google image search.

That sir is an absolutely georgous knife, I love the little blue detail on the back spacer and the thumb stud! It looks frwakin fantastic!

Do you happen to know/remember what pattern that CF is?

I agree the aesthetics are executed perfectly on this

Thank you, gents. I believe that is some 1x1 checkerboard from AKS.
