Please welcome Bawanna as our newest MODERATOR.
We are looking forward to working with him on the blade forum and anticipating a long and harmonious relationship. I personally, want to thank Bawanna for accepting the unpaid position which we all
know requires a lot of patience and work. He comes well qualified and hopefully you will all appreciate his expertise. Again, Welcome Bawanna!!!

Karda it is very important to me that you know how much I appreciate all the hard work, support and loyalty you have given to HI while being moderator. You are very dear friend to HI, Pala, Kamis and we will continue with our friendship and help each other. We want to wish you and your family the best in health and success in what ever endeavors you chose in the future.

Jake and Howard thank you both for your continue service to HI and forum.

Seriously though, congratulations, and I'll try to keep my smart ass remarks to a minimum.

Bookie may need to use his voodoo magic on Bawanna's doll, just to let him know he can still get to him if need be...:p

Karda - Thank you for all the hard work over the years, and please stop by once in awhile to say, hello, and to give us all an update!

Congrats to Bawanna! And congrats to HI!

If this means that Karda is stepping down, then I'd like to thank him for all his work here, and wish him well.
 
Boys, girls, members of the academy, I'd like to thank all the little people I rolled over to get to this exalted, esteemed and honorable position.
I'm still the same ole me (Cul, your on my watch list after that Bookie idea plant) and we all now that 99 percent of the time we all moderate ourselves and really have no need for a hall monitor.

I also plan to roll in Mr. Wallaces and Mr. Jakes backtrail. Follow their direction or flow of their stream if you get my drift.

I'm deeply touched that Auntie offered me this position and hope that I can help her and fulfill her expectations in a meaningful fashion.
Many of us enjoy helping her with or without that Mod title and nothing will change there in the least.

I guess now that I'm so impotent I better start dressing impotent I reckon.

I can still shark DOD's right? That didn't come up.........hmmmmmm.

And thank you Karda, I haven't been here that long, but you've been an A+ moderator in my book!
 
It's worth noting that I conferred with Karda at some length prior to this appointment.

He assures me that he's not going anywhere, he'll still be here to share his expertise (ton of Khuk knowledge in that mans head) and chime in from time to time.

I'm holding him to it since I'm still trying to talk him out of his Hanshe or that Pumpkin chopping Siru in the video.

The plot thickens. Congrats- as soon as I saw the "newest moderator" post I said "Bawanna" out loud while waiting for the page to load.

I wonder if I have to call Auntie Boss now? I probably have to behave and act all political correct and stuff.

Oh well small price to pay for helping auntie and crew. And I'd enjoy calling her boss truth be told.

I don't know about your third person deal, I have the little people talk to me sometimes in my head but there's usually more than 3 or em, probably a different deal.
