Newest post first

Does anyone know using this new format how to switch to have the newest post first. The way it is now I have to scan all the way to the bottom to get to the newest post.

I don't think there is a way to order the posts, just the threads. But if you have already looked at the thread, when you open it I think it takes you to any new posts, not the beginning.

Wasn't the old format whatever was last written was the first read? Maybe I'm wrong and hit the dementia button.

For me, the first written was the first read. Maybe you were thinking of some other forum.

The manner I did it was click on the last person's post in that topic and it took me to the last post.
There are many features dropped in this which we had in the other format. DM

I have noticed a few differences from the previous format. I guess we're all stuck in the same boat.
 
Your welcome. Yes, we are. Also, Sparks et. al. are still looking into many of the features of this current new format and making adjustments.
Post your concerns in 'Tech Support' and it will be read by those experts and someone will respond. Whereas, in here it will be merely a complaint
and never answered. DM
 
All you have to do is go off to the right hand side and click on the TIME under the name of the last person who posted.
That gets you to the latest post.
 
Hello, hill1096 I've shown many of my stone handled knives in previous SPS that is a 110 in real stone Turquoise. I also have it's son a 112. I have many more stone handled 110's all REAL stone. They are my treasures.

Also, I think, if you've been on a thread and come back to it, software takes you to the first unread post in that thread. But, maybe I'm imagining things...does happen to me at times:). Preston

ETA, yes, Michael5135, it does, I just went to the SPS and click on the thread. It took me to your post of that handsome stag 110. Which was after the one I just made. Thanks for the compliment.
 
I just go to the last page and scroll down. Might have to back track a page to get caught up though.
 
The arrows on the bottom right are actually what I was looking for. You can go from first to last with the arrows.
