Newgraham question

Just wanted to find out if anyone knows if it is possible to order from newgraham.com from the UK. Thing is i want it delivered to a friend in the US...but it i want it billed to me here in the UK...

The bloody order form has a billing address part where you're supposed to put in City, State and Zip...
Then they ask for the country...problem is that i put my city and zip in the UK and country as united kingdom...but for the state they only have a list of US states...and i can't proceed if i don't fill this in...

Is there any other way to bypass this method or do i have to call them up?

I am so excited to order that i actually tried to call 'em but the knife guys have just left for the day...damn it...

The webmaster there hangs out here on bf.c. Hopefully, he'll see this. They should fix that on their website.
 
Had the same problem ordering from Canada. No room for the province.

I was told to pick any state, ie Alabama. In the details section I wrote please ignore Alabama and send it to this address in this city, province, country etc.

No problems apparently

Red Devil is right for now I told him just to add his information into the comments area. We are currently working on our inventory software and I will change the shopping cart to reflect this oversight. Thanks for the heads from Red Devil a few days ago on this. Problem is when we started New Graham Knives from the already existing store of New Graham Pharmacy and The Cornerstone Gift Shop we were not looking ahead enough to realize what would be needed in the shopping cart and inventory software but those things are going to change! Sorry for any inconvenience Point44 if you are having any questions just shoot me an e-mail walker2@newgraham.com and I'll help you out anyway I can.

that was what i thought of doing...putting anything in there and putting a message in the comments section...

but i thought i'd be doing something seriously wrong by providing false information or something...anyway...will put something in there...thanks for the help...

Can't wait till i get my stuff...my friend's coming over here so i thought i'd use him to bring my stuff and save on shipping...more saved means more knives to buy...

Funny enough I just got back from NGK's after ordering for the UK before I saw this thread.

I just bumped the town name up to "address 2" and put the county name in the "town name", selected Alabama for the state and in the comments area asked that Alabama be left out of the address.

I wonder how many knives end up in Alabama's main post office sorting Depot with nowhere else to go :D
