Maybe I'm a day late and a dollar short but I just found out about a Knifemaker by the name of J. OESER. It is the first time I saw his work and it is very impressive. According to his website he has been making knives since 2011, but you would never guess by looking. I say buy one soon and "strike while the iron is hot". I've seen it before: you see a knife you really like and it's by a new maker. You drag your feet and one month turns to one year and then you can't even order one because the guy has suspended custom orders due to popularity. Naturally price increases with demand too. This is just my opinion but feel free to reply with comments.
