New Mexico state Court of Appeals rejects a claim that the state's no-switchblade statute runs afoul of the right to bear arms under the federal or state (which affords slightly broader protections for citizens than does the federal constitution) constitutions, while holding a switchblade to be a per se deadly weapon under the state statute in State v. Murillo, 2015-NMCA-046, 347 P.3d 284. Here's a link to the opinion - it does not appear further review was sought.
