SBG FEATURED BLADE OF THE WEEK: Dune Inspired Atreides Sword II
The second model inspired by one of the training swords Paul Atreides uses in the 2021 adaptation of Frank Herberts 'Dune' from the house of Atreides. In Frank Herbert's Dune universe, swords and blades are the preferred weapon of war. This is due to the invention of the Holtzman personal shield, which protects the user from fast moving projectiles, rendering firearms almost obsolete. The solid construction handle, which offers great grip and control, combined with our high quality heat treated steel, results in an EXTREMELY DURABLE sword. ONE OF THIS WEEK’S DISCOUNTED BLADES - Dark Knights Templar Sword
The Knights Templar was a large organization of devout Christians, during the medieval era (1099), who had a mission of protecting European travelers visiting the Holy Land from being attacked by bandits. They were brave, highly skilled, strategic thinking, fierce fighting warriors. They also acted as the advanced force in a number of battles. Their fearless style of fighting became a model for other military orders. Our handmade Dark Knights Templar Sword can inflict devastating cuts and can thrust through armor easily! It is EXTREMELY DURABLE and almost indestructible!
Shop Details:
1095 High Carbon Steel. Steel is Heat Hardened & quenched in oil. Heat Tempered @ 500 degrees for 2 hours, and letting it air cool.
