So, the purpose of this thread is to guess what YOU think the next busse sword will be. I think we will agree that a busse sw

So far we have (INFI only) the AK47, the Gladius, the Fang, the Hades Hornet, the Chuckette(mythical?) and arguably the Killa Zilla (let me know if i missed one)

What do you think will be the next INFI sword?

I am thinking Busse Machete. Maybe a 18" blade Latin style machete made from INFI... hopefully not machete thin though. "Tactical Machete"?

Something tells me we will find out soon, but for the moment this might keep us all amused

I'm guessing a Busse-Katana in INFI with large bilateral fullers and light brigade hollow grinds and handle treatment. It would be really fast........

so you're thinking 28-30ish inches?

I'd REALLY like to see something in a 20" traditional Waki shape with a modern twist... Like the AK47, but more katanaish

I'd be up for a Chuckette :D

But, a Claymore-ish sword would be pretty awesome.

I'd want something that I could use.

The Chuckette is many things, but not mythical.
I would not count on a new sword design for a while.

What ! You dont know ? The next one is gonna be a Cavalry Sword . Thanks so much for this Jerry . I am speechless. SCOUTS OUT HOOAH!!!!!!!!

I would like to see a Busse take on some ethnic asian blade. Parang, Barong, Hmong knife, Chinese war sword. Heck, I wouldn't even mind seeing an old european design like a cutlass or something else in the same family.

Actually I was thinking (dreaming) of something like Cold Steel's Chisa Katana which has a 24.5 inch blade. Of course in Busse Combat's style.

I'm thinking more along the lines of a machete shaped sword-like-object

.25" thick, 16-18" long latin machete shaped blade. It would make one heck of a chopper

I don't know about a sword, but I'd love a DSSF style with a 12"-14" blade. The Pacific Northwet Traillazer.

Oh, I really like this idea^
My favorite so far has been the Rodent Waki, due to the belly at the end of the sword rather than a pointy tip. An actual Samurai design like wagonwheelgap describes would be the perfect sword... with a matching WAshikai to go with it..
