I've never posted here before, but lurked and learned lots.
now, the old man started getting interested in knives when I started showing off my aquisitions (spydercos: navigator II, small persian, cricket). I think great, he's set for presents for the next couple years
I bought him the full-size chad banos boker trance (which I'm really excited to give him - he likes taking long walks at night and that knife is a solid, slim & fearsome). Of course, I'm already thinking of his next present. He's a pretty big guy and he's gonna want an all-round user next. I really wanted to get him a case stockman in CV but he's got no interest in slippies, it seems. So, seeing as I'm pretty dumb outside of spydies, could you guys suggest something along the lines of a delica? I know that knife wouldn't let him down, but I like options (and I don't want to be a total Sal fanboy)
