Well, I think I've narrowed it down between the Tyrade and Offset but I can't make up my mind. There's only about $30 difference price wise from a seller that I've had great experience with on a certain auction site. I'm leaning more towards the Offset though. Just thought I'd throw it out there to ya'll and see what your recommendation was. Any of you have both(I'm sure alot of a do), which do you prefer?

Any other suggestions are welcomed also.

Tyrade, if you can find one, as it is a limited production piece. Offsets are regular production, I think.

I started the "have fun" thread and my advice is just buy one of those two you are asking about and enjoy it. Or get them both. The more I thought about which knife, the more I read, the more confusing it got. You'll find out about a Ti Junkyard Dog, compound/fused steel blade G-10 Junkyard Dog they're nearly giving away, the entire ZT line (which is like opening up a buying choice can of worms), and pretty soon you'll need your own forum for each purchase decision! Trust me on this. Get the one you llike the best now and move on to the next purchase after holding out as long as you can. :D

I never have to choose.
I just sell another piece of my furniture and buy what I want.
Now, I'm sitting on a milk crate typing this so, you decide. :D:D

I've been trying to find a place where you sell your blood instead of donate it. I figure twice to three times weekly will keep me in Kershaws and ZT's for a while!

It's like this...Neither Mother Nature nor Mother Teresa would willingly step foot in The Family's Compound!

Now I must go cut the Compound's grass...be back in about 3 hours. :grumpy:

Finished!

thats probably some good advice, although holding out for a while is always the hard part!! I really like the looks of the Offset so I'll prolly go with that one. Trying to get over to Grand Prairie knives in Troy, IL to handle one of these before I buy it. My dump truck is being worked on over there so I'm hoping they hurry up and fix it! Gives me an excuse to waste $4.00 a gallon gas to go pick it(knife and the truck) up, they said maybe tomorrow **crosses fingers** :D

any of you ever been to GP knives by chance? or dealt with them online? or, know of any other knife shops on the Missouri side of the river?
