For my next knife purchase I want to buy my first fixed blade in awhile, maybe buying a good folder with it, but the thought of my first "traditional" Case knife hangs in my mind. I'm willing to go about 50- 65 Dollars Maximum

In that price range? A Cold Steel Kobun is one of the best values I've seen as far as fixed blades go. With some shopping around, you could get that and a Spyderco Tenacious for roughly 65. (Kobuns generally run 25-30, a regular Tenacious goes for 30-35).

I own both. Very well made and well-designed knives at a very good price. However, if you want to stray away from name brands, Enlan and SanRenMu both make very high quality knives for dirt, dirt, DIRT cheap prices. There isn't a manufacturer warranty or anything, though. I've purchased somewhere around 8 SRMs and Enlans, and have only been burned on one of them. (I bought a second SRM 763 for a friend, and it arrived with the lock broken. 13 bucks down the drain.)
