I'm looking for something in a general woods/bushcrafter knife.
Good for light batoning, nothing crazy just for kindling no bigger than wrist diameter or smaller.
Drilling holes for hearth boards or shingles, striking a ferro rod on the spine.
Preferably a natural handle material, but all of them Ive seen look amazing. There was a tuxedo curly Q with african blackwood recently that was slick, but man that emerald green burlap against the black bolsters and pins is crazy sweet looking.
Scandi grind.
Any particular model fit the bill better than another?
I guess Im looking at the following. The Arete, bushcrafter for something a little bigger may the Terrasaur in scandi seem to be the ideal models.
KE Bushie
Bushcrafter
Bushfinger
Arete
Kephart
Terrasaur.
May need two, something larger to pair with it, like a recluse, leuku, woodsman.
