Next possible Becker purchase

I love me BK-9 but I wanted one a little shorter so I was thinking about the 7. I was wondering g how we'll it chops compared to the 9? I'm sure the 9 is better but would the 7 be worth the few inches less? I hope that made sense. And post some 7 pron also please

I love my 7 but I don't use it as a chopper...It's more of my all around knife. I usually use my 4 for chopping. I say go for it man. I need another one so if you don't like it myself or someone else here will gladly buy it from you.

I'm sure ill like it no matter what. It's just my new edc bag will not fit my 9 it's just a inch or so too long even if I make a Kydex sheath for it.

I might start to dig the 7 without a thumb ramp like that. Nice setup. Choil blends in nice also. Still think I want a BK12 first.

BK-7 is probably the most versatile Becker.

I love my 7 but I just couldn't help but get a 9.

The 9 chopped through a 4x4 block of wood in 1 1/2 min, though I've seen someone do the same thing in 45sec! I haven't been able to duplicate that with the 7--those two inches really make a diff! On the other hand, the 7 was my first Becker and man is it sweet for most any other task!
