I'm into Sebenza's more than ever. Looking for my next acquisition. Here are the choices.

1) Large Insingo or Spearpoint both w/ micarta inlay
2) Small Insingo or Spearpoint both w/ micarta inlay

To give you a little background I have both large and small plain Insingo and Large plain Sebenza spearpoint.

Open to opinions or suggestions. Thanks in advance.

My list:
1. Large 21 with spirograph damascus and micarta inlays
2. Large 21 with raindrop damascus and wood inlays
3. Small insignio

Get a large regular and thank me later.
I am very serious.
Yes, it's not on your "choice" list but it is OK.

Why not go for something different? Damascus/Wood Inlay = :D

I have to agree with the damascus blade but I would go with Mammoth Inlay but I love wood also. If I was to go with wood, I think desert ironwood or snakewood rules! But I guess if you were going to carry it, the micarta inlay feels great in the hand. So it varies on what you plan on doing with it.

It seems like you'll end up with the set, so it may be down to a question of buying the one that's available right now. I've seen some large Micarta Sebs available for immediate purchase, can't recall if the small is in stock right now.

I sold my plain large - just never was thrillrd with it. I have since acquired a large and small micarta and love them both. My mammoth and graphics seem too nice to use hard but the micarta protects the finish very nicely. Depends on how you will use the knife.

I find myself carrying the large more often still cant imagine parting with the small. As lisantica says, get whats available now and the other later.

Thanks for all the replies I'm looking for something to use. I prefer the large to small but looking for something to carry as a backup that will be a user.
