So I've decided I'm gona go and hunt the rare and elusive Dodo. They are extreamly dangerous and blood thirsty for human flesh! This will be no easy task but I will risk my life for 1....lol.
 
Good luck on your hunt, I am not a fan of the look of the dodo but there are some other older spydercos on my radar.
 
They pop up every so often. Great knives, I've had two, an orange and a CF version. They are pretty to look at, nice to hold, but a little hard to get much use out of them. After they sat, unused, I trade / sold them off.

I'm not saying you shouldn't hunt one don, they just didn't fit very well as an EDC.

I want the orange! I just like the unusual shape and it looks like it would fit my hand great!
 
They pop up every month or so. Be prepared to pay and not negotiate price. I missed out on an orange one not too long ago and regret it. My hunt still continues. Great collector Spydie.
 
I'm pretty sure you're safe from fakes on the auction site. And you can set up a saved search so it emails you any time a new one pops up. As many have said, it's a sellers market for these but you should be able to snag one.
 
Yeah....I'm not gonna negotiate! Once I see 1 I'm grabbin it. I seem to like the older and odd spydercos more but this 1 haunts me!

I like the dodo but I couldn't bring myself to actually use it...that and it didn't fit my hands the way I'd like. So I made a Manix into one. I call it the Mando. Do a search and it should pop up. I would post a pic but I used up all my bandwidth this month with photo bucket :/

Really wish you would post more RB. Great selection of knives and pics.
 
Use mine everyday. Today I was painting and it came in handy to clear old caulk. Probably the most used tool I own. Good luck. Mine is old school black g10.
