Looks like the Helco Vario 2000 Axe system. I wouldn't trust a removeable head like that. Guess I'm traditional when it comes to axes.

That handle looks exceptionally uncomfortable. And if someone designs the haft of an axe poorly it leads me to believe the rest is likely just as poor. Looks nice and expensive, though.
