Nextel 530 and 305 ??s

Anyone have any experience with these?

MIL Spec for dust and dropping.

Thinking of changing and want something that can stand up to my carelessness...

I've had the i530 for a few months and really like it. I have dropped it alot and it has some scratches to show for it but thats it. I really like the texture of the case. I have leather seats in my car so things tend to slide around alot but this phone stays firm. The GPS is kind of neat, when it actually works, but it just gives your position. Hope this helps.

Ryan, thanks. Was also curious about the service levels.

I can live w/o the bells and whistles of games and colour, but want to be sure it will pick up signals well.

The signal is good, nothing special though. I think its all luck and it tends to go out when you need it the most but seriously, I think it mainly depends on your area. Hope this helps!
