Looks like a nice blade profile, the handle seems boxy though. When was the rope cutting performed, before or after the wood, metal and tile cutting?

What's the story on this knife? I've never seen it before.

Blade steel, handle material etc? It looks nice.
 
The blade design is a rip off of the old Aristocrat Wraith. The handle look s like a 2x4. If this is such a big deal knife why didn't they finish making the handle or are you supposed to finish it on your own when you get home. Do you get a price break for that?

I don't know it doesn't look like a blatant rip off. There are many many knives that look similar. Also, the handle on the Nexus looks much more comfortable than that aristocrat. Ribbed handles are a bad idea for heavy chopping and using unless you like blisters.
 
Got one Nexus from Molletta a couple of weeks ago, its a very sturdy and nicely crafted knife, has beautiful lines. Looks more like M.D. Voodoo Hound than the Aristocrat Wraith....

In more test and long using, no blisters.
