I have just returned from a weekend that will stay fixed in my memory, probably for the rest of my life.

The American Tomahawk Company had the distinct privelege of participating in a historically unprecedented Commemoration...the Warriors of the Nez Perce Nation, by sacred pipe ceremony, accepted the Warriors of Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, 19th Special Forces Group as "Warrior Brothers" of the Tribe.

Alpha Company was the first U.S. Army unit officially "issued" Vietnam Tactical Tomahawks before the War, thanks to Robert Humelbaugh of Survival Sheath Systems. Robert supported the Teams with all kinds of tactical gear, including our Hawks.

Every man from that unit went north of the Kuwaiti border...every man in that unit was fully operational...and every man in that unit came home...no injuries, no casualties. This is utterly astonishing and to the Nez Perce, a direct result of their prayers, petitions to the Creator, and pipe ceremonies during A Co.'s deployment.

I will be sharing an account and some pictures of the event in the coming days. Right now however, I wish to extend a warm thanks to Greg Walker for having the vision to coordinate such an event for the Company and to organize ATC's inclusion. It was an honor for us to be present and a personal experience I will never forget.

I would also like to thank Ontario Knife Company, who showed tremendous generosity by providing Ltd. Edition Bayonets and Bowie knives for members of A Company and members of Coalition Forces Special Operations Command. The pictures will speak a thousand words.

More soon friends...

Sounds amazing and I look forward to seeing the pictures.

Robert is an amazing man and I am glad we have men like you, (Andy), Justin, and Robert supporting the troops...

Kudos from the "Black Scarves" of A Co, 1-19th SFGA to Andy Prisco and ATC:)

Andy was a wonderful addition to the Nez Perce ceremony of last weekend. His sincere concern for all involved was demonstrated in a number of ways. From arranging for some exceptional presentation items to helping out wherever he could Andy proved himself a true friend to both us and the Nez Perce.

Andy was given permission to join us in the inner circle, or Warriors' Circle, for the ceremony although he himself is not a veteran. This is an exceptional honor as granted by the Nez Perce, and we in Alpha Company were proud to have him sit with us, as well.

A great friend, a true brother, and a good man.

Andy Prisco is all of these and more.

God Bless you, Andy.
