As most of you know, in recent months New Hampshire has been poised to become the first and ONLY state in America where there is no such thing as an illegal knife. (See www.knifelawonline.com for details.) We are very pleased to announce that the bill became LAW on the afternoon of May 18, 2010.
Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to Rep. Jenn Coffey, attorney Evan Knappen, and the many others who worked tirelessly to make this a reality. Lets hope this precedent starts a snowball effect in other states, as well!
Again, this new law is all-encompassing; all types of knives are now LEGAL to buy, sell, own, and CARRY here in New Hampshire, including automatic (switchblade) knives.
