NIB 42 and lightly used 43

I have a brand new 42 and a lightly used 43. The 43 looks perfect up until you take a microscope to the thing and you'll see a couple of marks from flipping the previous owner had put on the knife (and sold it to me as "like new" >: ( )

The 42 is literally brand new, it's a 2010 manufacture, straight from Benchmade. Both have correct boxes and belt sheaths and all the original paperwork. Both are spring latch 154cm blades, both weigh in at exactly 4.3 ounces so they have titanium handles.

Prices are:
-330$ plus shipping and paypal for the 43

-250$ plus shipping and paypal for the 42
