Seki made, new in box. Brown leather sheath. Sheath and knife are still in factory plastic. Includes box and Kershaw manual. I attached a Kershaw catalog photo because I didn't want to unwrap the knife to photograph it. If someone really wants me to I will unwrap it and take pictures.
