This is my first time selling on Blade Forums where I have been a member since 2007 but not very active. I bought and sold on ebay for over 15 years with a single negative rating.(someone who bought a collectable $1 bill for 99 cents, took three weeks to pay me and then complained that I didn't ship fast enough) I hope to never sell on ebay again.

Knife making is expensive so I’m moving out more of my Spyderco collection. All prices include shipping within the US, tracking, fees, and my valuable time, which I usually bill out at $305/hr. If you are not in the US your “I’ll take it” reply will hold the item until we resolve shipping costs and other issues. Most of these knives were bought from retailers. With some I’m taking the word of the individual seller and the evidence of my own eyes that these are new in box.

1)) **SOLD** NIB FB04 Perrin Street Bowie – $250. The last two that were offered on ebay sold for $280 and $300.

5) **SOLD** NIB C69GP 1st production run S60V (440V) leaf blade Lil’ Temperance - $200. The three production runs of the Lil’ Temp saw the blade length shrink each time, the amount of scale rounding decline and the blade steel change to the easier to grind S30V after this first run. None on ebay, but the last two USED sold for $170 and $198.

That’s enough for now. I’ll try to get some pictures up this evening. If you are familiar with these models you probably don’t need them.

And, of course, PM name and address. I guess that goes without saying but I'll say it anyway.

I also forgot to mention that Paypal or money order or cash stuffed into an envelope are acceptable payment methods.

add-> I'm charging up my dead camera battery and will take photos in an hour or so.

mrdi 2003 @ yahoo . com , no spaces

Yes, I have it, and another with a black blade. I'll drop the Perrin Bowie listed above to $240 and start the one with the black blade at $250.

If the black blade FB04BB is also NIB then I'll take it. However, I am brand new to this forum and I do not know if any restrictions apply. I hope that I might simply Fed-x a postal money order to you. If so then I'll need all of the necessary particulars, your name, telephone number, physical adress, etc. Plus I'll want to know what, if any, shipping options you offer.

P.S. Just out of curiousity, do you happen to know the specification of the coating on the blade of that Fred Perrin FB04BB i.e. electrically bonded (sputtered)
boron carbide, epoxy, etc.?

P.P.S. At what price would you be intrested in letting the pair go?

Marc,

If you are not in a hurry no need to spend the extra on Fed Ex, I'll hold it for you. Click on my user name and send me an email. I'll reply with all the particulars. The picture I put up is really terrible, I can send you clearer high rez photos. The black blade was purchased from a dealer, the non-coated blade from an individual. They are both NIB according to the sellers and born out by inspection. Spyderco is reputed to do a good job with the coating but I don't know the particulars. I have an old well used Military with a black coated blade which shows almost no wear.

Greg
