I just returned home from spending time with my new little baby girl in Florida. I did leave the notice at the bottom of the for sale thread stating I would be out of pocket until Wednesday. Sorry if this caused any confusion. Living in TN and having a new baby in FL is very difficult.
I amn sorting through emails and PM's right now. It looks like SirIsaac has first call on the Matriarch and Sage II.
