I have a Bushnell elite 20-60x80 spotting scope and the only thing that I have is a Targus tripod that is a little too tall for the shooting bench and wobbly for that large of a scope. So who makes a nice sturdy tripod for 30-50$. This is a nice and expensive scope but I did not pay a penny thanks to a nice spiff program at my last job but still since that job is now gone and not to return I want a good quality tripod.

sounds like you want something along the lines of a Manfrotto 209.
these are tabletop tripods, not full sized field tripods. i'm sure there's a head in there somewhere that'll fit it too if you need one.
