Nice KLO By Jesus Hernandez Of Huntsville, Alabama...

Gorgeous, and worth every penny IMO. But you know if he had added a nice custom cho, he could have added $100 to the price! It looks a bit naked to me without one. Beautiful steel and wood though.

I agree, Norm! He's only going to get better and better. I'm going to keep my eyes open for his upcoming creations.

I'd be VERY interested in seeing some original interpretations of chos; know where I can view some...?

Dan, sorry for the delay in responding to your post. I was checking some older threads and found it. No, I really don't know anyone adding chos to their "khuk like objects". Even when a modern maker turns out a real legitimate khuk they always seem to come sans cho.

You know, a nice 3 dot cho like on that BAS/Hanshee that Ad snagged the other day would look great on a knife like this. Kind of modern but a traditional touch at the same time. He wouldn't have to cut a big trident cho into it to get the right look.

Regards,

Norm

Slab concealed tang?

Should have had a "Great State of Oklahoma" button on it...
