I happened to have just finished reading The Final Frontiersman earlier today, which is a much more indepth account of Heimo Korth and his wilderness experiences. If you liked the documentary, you should definitely check out the book:thumbup:

Sure took a lot of shots to kill the bear though. You'd think that someone with as much experience as he has could do a one shot kill even if it was dark.
